This year, we tried a whole new approach: a pop-up exhibition space right in the middle of one of Basel’s most historic and charming pedestrian shopping streets. A larger-than-life lioness photo portrait greeted passersby and sparked the curiosity of many new people. Advertising in public transportation brought our message to the general public on a massive scale. The fortunate result: numerous new visitors ventured into our first “Walk-In Photo Safari”.

During two intense weeks, we managed to expand our reach, generate a record donation sum for CSL (7,813 USD) and make new friends. The new approach proved to be an overwhelming success. Thanks to our visitors and sponsors!
